At HANN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your sweatpants, we offer a straightforward return process.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns without original tags or signs of use may be rejected.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges for different sizes or styles are subject to product availability.
- To exchange, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem at no additional cost to you.
